Shipping insurance is made by us and we are responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages during the shipment.

Ürün adresinize ulaştığı günden itibaren 14 gün içinde müşteri hizmetlerimizle irtibata geçerek iade sürecini başlatabilirsiniz. Bir ürünün iade edildikten sonra bize ulaşması 2-3 güne kadar sürebilir. Ürün iade merkezimize ulaştığında, geri ödemenin işleme koyulması 2 iş günü ve geri ödeme tutarının hesabınızda görünmesi 3-5 iş günü sürer.

 

Alıcı, sözleşme konusu malı teslim almadan önce muayene edecek; ezik, kırık, ambalajı yırtılmış vb. hasarlı ve ayıplı malı kargo şirketinden teslim almayacaktır. Teslim alınan mal hasarsız ve sağlam olduğu kabul edilecektir. Alıcı ,teslimden sonra malı özenle korumak zorundadır. Cayma hakkı kullanılacaksa mal kullanılmamalıdır. Ürünle birlikte fatura da iade edilmelidir.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service within 14 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 2-3 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

 

The buyer shall inspect the contracted goods before delivery; dents, broken, package torn, etc. will not receive the damaged and defective goods from the cargo company. The goods received will be considered to be undamaged and intact. The buyer must carefully protect the goods after delivery. The goods should not be used if the right of withdrawal is used.
